Burbank Rehabilitation Center offers an opportunity for caregivers and family members who need a break from the responsibility of caring for a loved one. Whether traveling out of town or just needing time to recharge you can get the rest you need knowing your loved one is safe and secure. 24 hour nursing assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, social activities, and three nutritious meals are all included.
Hospice Care
