Gallery 218, established in 1990, is a cooperative art gallery operated by the Walker's Point Artists Association. How can artists apply for exhibitions?
Artists can submit three work samples, resume, and artist statement for consideration. We currently seek abstract art in all media including photography and digital arts.
Does Gallery 218 host recurring cultural events?

The gallery space is large, and lets you appreciate the art closeup and from a distance, and move easily around. The works themselves are different media including print, photography, paintings, and sculpture - but they are united in their contemporary genre. A lot of thinking goes into how the art is arranged in the gallery in terms of color, shape, and line to allow viewers a greater ability to appreciate each work.
