Deposits are based on services taken, and are required to start new service. In some cases, autopay or a letter of credit from a previous phone company can take the place of a security deposit. Payment in full is due by the 20th of every month. You can pay your bill online, over the phone, in office, or sign up for automatic withdrawals from a checking account or credit card with a Smart Hub account or by calling 1-800-421-5711.

A service that will automatically stop all incoming calls from blocked telephone numbers. When you've turned this service "on" any callers who have blocked their number from your Caller ID display will hear an announcement that you do not accept anonymous calls and they should remove blocking and call back.
Long Distance

Unlimited Long Distance (Residential customers only) No calling time restrictions. Call any time of the day, any day of the week for one low monthly fee of $25 (plus taxes and surcharge). You must have a qualifying Valley Telephone, Copper Valley Telephone or Valley Connections landline telephone account to be eligible for Long Distance Calling Plans.
