I purchased a knee walker from this business and when I got it home and tried it, found that it did not maneuver well in my small home and I had to basically carry it everywhere. They would not take it back as a return even though it was hardly used. They also refused to buy it back at a lower price to use as a rental unit. Be sure you understand the conditions for returning an item you purchase from them since there is apparently no policy.

They provided a fantastic customer experience on the phone and in the store. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and provided concise easy to understand answers. They have a very comprehensive product selection and the prices are terrific compared to other medical supply stores in the Houston area. I will definitely be back!

The best medical supply store I've been to in Houston. They have everything that many others do not. I get oxygen tanks from them regularly and they have the most affordable pricing in town! Definitely recommend trying this place out.
