Established first in New York in 1959 as a family-owned furniture company, owner Carl Troiano and partner Keith Rein relaunched the business as Trojan Powder Coating in 1990. Starting primarily with display work, the business quickly grew to include assembly work, architectural detailing, and large-format coating projects. Today, Trojan Powder Coating is one of the largest powder coating providers on the east coast, offering excellent service along with a unique set of certifications and warrantees to its clients.

Trojan's state-of-the-art wrapping can laminate your profiles of nearly any shape and substrate with exterior and interior laminates. The rollers of the profile wrapping machine can be adapted to many dimensions. Our wrapping equipment laminates up to 12"W x 5.5"H x 23'L in a continuous process at a speed of more than 60 ft./minute, depending on size and shape of the sticks.
