Cottage #1 - is available for vacation rentals. It has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. It sleeps 6 people max (one queen, 1 double and 2 twins). See our slide show of Cottage #1 and calendar below. Cottages #1, #4 & #5 can be rented nightly throughout the Summer (3 night minimum). Weekly rates for these cottages apply to any seven consecutive nights starting any day of the week. We will consider part-week stays in #2 and #3 during the summer that start or end on a Sunday, so inquire (#1 rates apply to #2 and #5 rates apply to #3).
Reservations Process

Once a reservation is made, we mark those dates as unavailable on the calendar. If you are making a reservation within 30 days of your stay, full payment is required. Personal checks or money orders are accepted. Please make them out to Sea Spray Cottages LLC and mailed to the address that we will provide you with.

Fish Heads Bar and Grill at the Outer Banks Pier: great ocean views, very reasonable and good. Lucky 12: great chicken wings and can get late night. Nags Head Pier: good breakfast spot and sometimes it happening there. Country Deli: great (massive) takeout sandwiches, they also deliver (even on the beach).

The cottages are located on SOUTH Virginia Dare Trail, in Nags Head. That street is commonly referred to as the "Beach Road." The cottages are situated on the west side of the street facing east (towards the ocean). Cottages #1 - #4 are specifically located at 3518 and 3520 (a double lot) and Cottage #5 is located at 3522 (the lot immediately south).
