Went there to get eyeglasses for the first time. The lady at the door was rude to my mother as soon as we walked in. I got my eyes exam and went through choosing frames, lady told me two weeks which was great because I would be traveling for a month. Today I Couldnt wait to get my glasses as soon as I landed. Went to the office and sat while the same person i ordered the glasses with, searched all over for my glasses that she never ordered.I am going back on the road tuesday so no chance of getting them. Imagine driving on the freeway and your glasses fall off your face, and you have such bad

Been a value customer for over 10 years ! My glasses broke while at work and I wanted to see if I can get some sample contacts until my glasses are repaired . They wouldnt give me a sample even after telling them I needed them for work because my vision is horrible. Apart of my job is inspecting parts and I cant accurately do so with my bad vision . Horrible customer service, all they care about is money . Instead of customer experience. After 10 years i feel betrayed . Will be looking for another eye institute

The wait time was fair, it was a professional and clean facility, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable! My only suggestion for improvement would be the eye wear selection. I would definitely recommend Michigan Eye Institute to a friend.

The technician did a wonderful job fixing my glasses and was real nice. I had a good friendly chat with her. It's very clean and I feel safe there from Covid. I love this place and am glad I found it!
