DONT FOOL WITH THESE THEIVES. Never signed up for over draft protection. The dirty theives took 70$ off my card for a 15$ DVD at the red box. I'll be cancelling my account asap. Never using them again

Five Star Credit Union should really be called .5 star credit union. One woman at the front desk, with an attitude just as salty as the beach nearby. My friend needed a new debit card and after a good minute of silence and blank stares she told us it was ten dollars for a new card, not even using the extra brain cell to realize she could have just pulled the money from my friends account with a simple ID. Then when we asked when we could expect the new card in the mail she answered "oh idk the systems are down" and shrugged. The only time she gave a smile was the one that caused her pain
