Pro Lash N Brow was founded by Kayla Nguyen. In 2013, she went to Universal Beauty College in Houston to get her eyelash extension license. After started working, she knew right away that this is her long-term passion, to make people more beautiful. In 2015, she found out about Microblading and knew right away that this will become a big trend.
At Baltic Brows Academy, she was one of first technicians to take a Microblading class in Houston, where she was trained by professionals from Lithuania. Ever since then, Kayla has performed over 1,000 eyelash and eyebrow procedures. Every year, she has taken more classes to learn new techniques and to improve her skills.

Microblading is semi-permanent make up. It is a manual process that uses tiny needles which forms a small blade. The blade inserts pigment into the upper layer of the skin (under Epidermis). The result is realistic and creates "hair strokes" that follow natural eyebrow hair direction. Dotting Ombre is for the client who prefers a powder-filled brow look.

We attach fan lash extension to 1 natural lash. If the fan lash has 3 lashes, it is described as 3D. If the fan lash has 4 lashes, it is 4D etc. The lash extensions are thinner (usually 0.07 mm in diameter) than classic lashes so they are lighter. Also, they have a thin base so they don't affect the growth cycle of natural eyelashes.

The whole procedure will take 2-3 hours. Mapping brows will take around 30-40 minutes. This is one of the most important steps to have the best brow. We are using string technique and Golden Ratio tool to measure the brow to achieve the most symmetrical brows. Please keep in mind that brows are sisters, not twins.

When cancelling, the deposit is non-refundable so we recommend to reschedule your appointment. We work by appointment back to back. There is a 15-minute late grace period. If you come after 15 minutes, we will not be able to see you and your deposit will be paid for our time. You will need to make another deposit to be able to make another appointment.

Microblading Ombre or Microshading are semi-permanent make up. It requires a lot of detail, learning, practicing, and skill to design a perfect eyebrow for the clients. For that reason, you will get higher paid for your time and effort. You don't have to be talent to be Master of the technique. You just need to work hard, practice every day and love what you do.
