Our competitive gymnastics program develops elite athletes through structured training. We offer pathways from local NEOGL competitions to national USA Gymnastics events. Coaches with decades of competitive experience guide athletes through skill progression and competition preparation. The program emphasizes technical precision, strength development, and mental resilience while maintaining a focus on athlete safety and well-being.
Preschool Gymnastics
Designed for children aged 2-6, our preschool classes build foundational motor skills through fun, age-appropriate activities. Structured obstacle courses and play-based learning develop coordination, balance, and body awareness. Certified instructors create a nurturing environment that fosters social skills and confidence while introducing basic gymnastics concepts in a safe, supportive setting.
Tumbling Training
Our tumbling program focuses on developing floor exercise skills for gymnasts and cheerleaders. Classes emphasize proper technique for rolls, cartwheels, and advanced aerial skills. Progression-based curriculum ensures mastery of prerequisites before advancing to complex tumbling sequences. Birthday Parties
We offer themed birthday packages featuring 90 minutes of gym access and 90 minutes in our party room. Packages accommodate up to 10 guests with options for customized decorations and party activities. Our staff assists with setup and cleanup while ensuring children enjoy supervised gymnastics activities in a safe, engaging environment.
TOPS/HOPES Programs
Our TOPS and HOPES programs prepare athletes for elite gymnastics competition through specialized strength and conditioning training. These limited-enrollment programs focus on advanced skill development and competition readiness. Athletes receive personalized training plans and participate in regional and national qualifying events to progress toward elite status in USA Gymnastics.

Had my daughters birthday party here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice area with little kitchen to have food/cake set up by the staff. For the price you get the whole gym and all paper products. Would definitely have another party here.

My daughter just began taking classes here in December. She absolutely loves it! We decided to have her 8th Birthday Party at the center this past Saturday. I was very inpressed! The kids had private and full access to all of the gymnastics equipment! There were 2 instructors present the entire time and even played a party game with the group. The party room was decorated in my girls favorite color before we arrived with paper products and utensils provided which made it so much easier for us! My daughter received a laminated birthday poster and a metal for being the birthday girl! I highly recommend
