This is an odd one. There isn't anything particularity bad about this place, but there are no real stand out features either. The 11th floor is made up of about 10 training rooms of varying sizes that can be hired. The course I am attending runs for two nights a week - we are in a different room each time even thought there is only one other course running at the same time. The free wifi only works in the reception area. Considering I'm in my fourth week of the course and the wifi has only worked twice, I wouldn't call it reliable. Tea and coffee making facilities are available

If you are wanting to hold an event, look elsewhere. Staff seem a bit dazed and overpromise / under deliver. Timeliness means nothing to them and running after hours training is a nightmare with logistics of people getting up to the level.
