Nicole Cortese, a college graduate from Rutgers University, started the company in 2012 after interning for several years with her family's garbage company. The holidays listed below are observed each year. All pick up days that land on the holiday or the day after the holiday will operate on a one day delay for that week. Containers can be filled to the top, but not overflowing, without incurring extra fees. Any customer that places extra bags outside of the container will be charged a fee of $4 /bag.
