Shade matching is a crucial step when creating natural looking restorations. To achieve the best shade possible, we recommend taking the shade prior to prepping the tooth, due to dehydration of the teeth. Also, when bleaching, the patient should wait a 7-10 days after completing the bleaching process to receive an accurate shade.

Getting your case to our lab safe and secure is the first step in making sure your dental restorations are handled quickly and efficiently. Our drivers carry "chill units" to make sure your Alginate cases get to the lab in perfect condition. We offer free same day pick-up for local accounts. For out of area accounts, we offer free Lone Star or FedEx services.

All Crown & Bridge remakes will be at no charge with the following exceptions listed below. We inquired about the margin or impression but were instructed by the doctor or doctor's staff to "do the best we can" and make the case. Bridges where the pontic had not been extracted or allowed sufficient healing time prior to the impression being taken.
