A year ago I ordered a door for my old house and had great experience, with Justin and his professionalism! So when we bought a new house this past spring and started to have garage door issues, it was a no brainer.. call Justin at Omega! Ordered a door on May 27, 2021 and was told on Dec 9,2021 that our door order was cancelled by the management! Prices were set to go up on May 30 and my order was cancelled along with several others, I can only image so that way I could pay a higher amount. I placed the order and the amount on the day of order, so we would get the door before the price went up

I had serious garage issues Randy is the man to have at your side! He really went above and beyond helping me fix the garage and instructing the steps and carefully going over what I should know about why it wasn't working and him helping me resolve the issue he was such a blessing! I am recommending him to all of my family and friends for service needs! I appreciate all the help and was truly grateful! 🙏

Overall great experience! They have competitive prices and were easy to get a quote from and I am very satisfied with the install process and the doors themselves. The only con I have is their communication. The doors were delayed which is completely understandable and honestly it didn’t matter to us however it took multiple phone calls with messages left to find this out. At one point we were told we would get a call with an update and waited a week with no return call so we called again. Even with that I have no regrets using them with how great the garage doors are and the quote /install process

My garage door spring broke on Sunday morning. I called and left a message the same day. I had a call back the next morning and an appointment scheduled for the SAME DAY and within a couple of hours. Steve, the technician, arrived on time and had the spring replaced within 45 minutes. Steve was beyond professional and friendly. When I write he was very nice - I mean VERY NICE! You expect a level of service when you contract with a company but Steve far exceeded our expectations. The cost of repair was more than reasonable - less expensive than what I was anticipating.
