The Wildlife Museum project began in 1991 when the Blaine Theater building was donated by Blaine Bank of Montana. Located in Chinook's downtown business district, this one-of-a-kind facility displays many of Montana's native wildlife species in their natural habitats.
The Wildlife Museum is a unique attraction nestled among an abundance of historical sites such as the Blaine County Museum and the Bear Paw Battlefield, located just 20 miles south of Chinook. Our Board of Directors appreciate the tremendous amount of support from the Chinook community as well as surrounding areas, all of which have enabled us to create and maintain this incredible museum experience.
