He was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and obtained his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University.

At this time we are able to accept limited appointments for Caresource Medicaid. Caresource Medicaid appointments must be made by phone. Online appointments will be cancelled. We are unable to accept any other Medicaid plans, including United Healthcare Community Plan, Molina and Buckeye Health Plan.

We are in network with Delta Dental, Cigna, Humana, Aetna, Metlife and many other PPO insurance providers (Complete List). This means you won't find a dentist with a lower out of pocket expense in the area. Most New Patients should select this option. The doctor will perform a routine new patient exam, take all x-rays required, and discuss his findings and any concerns you may have.
