About Us
Report
The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is a membership driven organization that helps individuals and their families make plans for their end-of-life arrangements. Our roots in funeral service reach back to 1906 through Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium. The Cremation Society was incorporated as a separate entity in 1995 and we are now the only business in the state that is dedicated solely to promoting cremation.

Cremation Planning
Report
What some may consider unnecessary, we consider good sense and assurance for proper end-of-life care. What do you envision for your end-of-life arrangements? Is your family aware of your wishes? The value of planning your end-of-life services while you are still healthy and happy is that you are empowered to make those crucial decisions, so your desires are known, and financial pressure is taken off of your family's shoulders.
Planning for Yourself
Report
Every time you interact with someone, you leave your mark on them. This is what forms their perceptions of you, the memories of experiences you share, and how you touched their life in your own unique way. Let those precious memories be the legacy you leave your loved ones. When you take the time to pre-plan your final arrangements, you leave your family with the gracious gift of time.
Planning for a Loved One
Report
In cases where someone's passing is approaching, whether that be months, weeks or even days, there are good reasons to plan ahead. It's hard when someone you love is nearing the end of their life. However, planning ahead can help ease some of the difficulties and make the process a little less stressful.
