Annual Report
Report
The greatest investment a society can make is in the well-being of its children. Unfortunately, families living in low-income communities face many obstacles to accessing the best opportunities for their kids. Due to systemic and structural inequalities our neighbors are often locked out because of their race, class, gender or zip code.

News and Media Coverage
Report
California's early childhood care system has long been held together by women such as Tanya Garca, whose Hollywood duplex is home to two licensed day-care operations serving as many as 28 youngsters - among them the children of healthcare workers and public school teachers. With the economy continuing to crater, there is intense pressure to begin to open California businesses.
For Parents
Report
Pathways LA believes every family should have access to quality child care, regardless of income. To that end, Pathways LA helps low income families pay for child care so they can pursue their educational and career goals. Each year we work to reach more community members with services such as child care, child care provider training and workshops, referrals and resources for families and care providers, and much more.
