Located 5 minutes from Santa Rosa's Rincon Valley, this fabulous equestrian facility has it all! At Mark West Stables we offer lessons, training for both horses and riders, day camp, leases, and sales. We have a huge all-weather outdoor arena and a lighted indoor arena set on 85 beautiful acres. This friendly and professional Hunter/Jumper barn is easily accessible from downtown Santa Rosa, Windsor and both the Napa and Sonoma valleys.

Lessons
Report
All students begin with a 1/2 hr private evaluation lesson. Riders remain in private lessons until they are able to walk and trot comfortably on their own, then they are eligible for a group. Lessons are tailored to individual rider needs and goals. With our emphasis on safety, groups do not exceed six people (beginner groups are smaller).
Leasing
Report
The advantage to leasing is that riders are always working with a horse or pony well suited to their current needs. Leasing's flexibility allows us to create ideal partnerships between horse and rider because it is easy to transition to new horses and ponies as rider's skills improve. Leasing is also a great way to get more involved in spending time at the barn caring for "your" horse and becoming part of the wonderful community we have here.
Training
Report
Training not only includes weekly lessons of the rider and/or training for the horse, but also covers such horse care as blankting, medicating, turn-outs, farrier and vet appointments, hair care, etc. In essence, it is all of the activity that goes into making the horses as healthy and happy as possible.
