I had a very small repair that was needed, during covid shut downs. I was not able to afford the repair and Quality Exteriors quoted me a less than average price. When billed, it was for the higher amount. Once I spoke to the correct person, they resolved the billing issue. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Quality work and Customer Service with solid follow through.

Franklin was my main point of contact, and he thoroughly explained the entire process from materials used, how the roof would be replaced, and how the work would be performed. He also worked with my insurance company on the claim to ensure that everything went smoothly.
