Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments realign spinal joints to relieve pain and improve function. This technique addresses conditions like back pain, neck pain, and headaches through manual or instrument-assisted methods. Patients benefit from restored mobility and reduced nerve interference for overall wellness.
Webster Technique
The Webster Technique corrects pelvic misalignments during pregnancy. This gentle adjustment optimizes fetal positioning and eases discomfort from postural changes. It supports natural labor preparation and nervous system health for expectant mothers.
Pediatrics
Specialized pediatric chiropractic care addresses developmental milestones and birth-related stresses. Gentle adjustments resolve issues from plagiocephaly to breastfeeding challenges while supporting healthy nervous system development in infants and children.
Graston Technique
Graston Technique uses stainless steel tools to break myofascial adhesions and scar tissue. This accelerates healing in conditions like plantar fasciitis and carpal tunnel while improving circulation and range of motion.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy creates negative pressure to release soft tissue restrictions. It reduces inflammation, increases blood flow, and alleviates chronic pain while promoting lymphatic drainage and parasympathetic nervous system activation.

I feel extremely lucky to have found Kirsty - New Element Chiropractic. I have been seeing Chiropractors for over 13 years due to migraines, and upper back/neck issues and she is by far the best, most attentive and effective I have ever had. Kristy has a gentle and meaningful approach while incorporating massage and movement through her adjustments. I have never experienced a Chiropractor that spends as much time and effort through each of the adjustments. If you're seeking a Chiropractor that cracks you and sends you out the door quickly, this is not your place. You can expect that Kristy will

Dr. Kristy has been my chiropractor for almost 2 years. I started my care with Kristy while I was pregnant and she was so gentle and would offer suggestions for positions and just overall comfort while pregnant. I continued my chiropractic care with Kristy after I gave birth (emergency c section) and she also began cupping my c section scar which helped immensely. Most times I have my two children with me and she is so accommodating. She has a small childrens table with toys in the corner and has even put on Netflix and let my kids have snacks and run around her office.
