Elizabeth Miles, Owner, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She spent the early part of her career honing her skills as a pastry chef at Upstairs at the Pudding and Lumiere, two iconic Boston restaurants. After the birth of her son, she found being a private chef was a better fit for her family life.
Her love of baking and cooking combined with her discovery of the benefits of cleaner eating, and living a healthier lifestyle, led her to purchase White Lion Baking Company in 2012. She expanded it into a reputable, certified gluten free household name.
