I am completely WoW'd by how peaceful this place is! So close to everything but you feel like the rest of the world is miles away. I love the walking bridge. The manager, Lisa, and Tommy are both friendly and always helpful.

Absolutely love this property. I have lived in numerous apartment complexes and this is on the top of my list. The manager has a strict no nonsense policy. She does this to keep the property safe and pleasant to live; trust me it works.

Bayou Village is a quiet and cozy apartment complex. Everytime I have company, I am asked the same question:
Guest: "Is it always this quiet?"
Me: "Yes"
I as a professional that works from home, this is very important as I am virtually in meetings and engaging with customers daily. In addition, the onsite laundry mat is convenient, fairly priced and works well. I have no complaints about maintenance nor leasing office service either.

Was a good place to live. Nice , quiet, peaceful. Management, Lisa, stayed on top of everything and was easy to work with. Maintenance did a good quick job anytime there was a problem. Highly recommend these apartments.

It's very nice, quiet and loaded with extras including a very nice welcoming basket when you move in. The AC'S all appear to be brand new and work wonderfully. Even come with a programmable thermostat which is a first that
I've seen in an apartment, I used to install my own and then have to take it out when I left no need for that anymore. I think all of the apartments have been recently remodeled and it shows. The living rooms are huge and newly carpeted. I haven't had a chance to walk around the property yet but I'm expecting great things so far. I think this is my best apartment I've ever gotten

Been living in Bayou Village for going on a year now and it has been a dream! Lisa is wonderful and is always looking out for residents. Best management experience of anywhere. 100% would recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet place to live.
