EXCELLENT!!! Had a heater breakdown in the early morning. I called in and left a message prior to their opening hours. I got a prompt phone call from Mary right when they opened. She said she would have a tech out just after lunchtime. Tech was early and got right on the job. Found the problem right away. Replaced the part and I was up and running in record time. Thanks to Alex, Andy, and the whole NAZAIR crew.

Watson Lake is a pretty place. Nice and clean place. Has trails, picnic areas and you can rent kayaks and other water. I recommend this park.

Andy and all of his staff are the best in the business!! Nothing but the best customer service and highest quality equipment and more than fair prices. More than once they have dropped what they are doing to address any issue Ive had whether heating or cooling. Taking care of the little guy and making you feel like a priority, Id never go anywhere else. Thanks guys and girls!
