I was sadly disappointed the last two times I went here. The first time in a long time that I went here my hair and makeup were not done. They charged me $30 as well after I called them on the phone asking if there was a copay They said no.. The second time I did have my hair and makeup done and they did NOT charge me a copay at all.. I told the assistant my concerns and I could hear them talking about me in their tiny little building. Rude! Then the doctor comes in and tells me there is nothing I can do besides botox.. Which is a lie because I watch Dr. Dray and other dermatologist channels

Waited an hour in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. I canceled my appointment and did not reschedule. My time is very important to me and I took work off to schedule three doctors appointments I understand waiting 20 to 30 minutes maybe even 40 but an hour is just ridiculous.

We have been to them four times and every time have waited for over 30 minutes. They seem to over promise on bookings and under deliver. If you are tight on time I wouldnt recommend going to them as they will throw the rest of your day for a loop.
