Samsati Yoga + KAEC share many threads on our missions to better the community, the land, ourselves, + the animals. It only made sense to join forces, supporting each other to reach deeper layers of connection. Profits are split 50/50, supporting small business + nonprofit. This practice is a Hatha breath-based flow that honors the connection to the aina (land).
By engaging the senses + being submerged in the mana (energy) of the village, we can honor culture + heritage. We begin class w/ essential oil aromatherapy + end with sound healing. Profits go toward repairing the village from weather + flood damage, supporting this cultural center that's been maintained by the same family for 70 years!

Yoga : "to yoke"; concentration; unity; yoga is the practice that aims to join the mind, body and spirit. Geotourism : tourism that sustains or enhances the distinctive geographical character of a place-its environment, heritage, aesthetics, culture, and the well-being of its residents.
