I have worked with this system for a bit of time for different hotels and during the day its great! No issues whats so ever. However if youre working overnights or even late evenings thats when it usually crashes and you always get the same response we have everybody we can working on resolving this issue as quick as possible. Which can get a bit overwhelming when you have to do night audit and housekeeping reports. Or if people are coming in late and want to check in. Luckily I always work at hotels that keep immaculate paper trails so if the system crashes I can still take cash

Amazing company with an outstanding customer service, been with them for 3 years and must compliment, not once has my call gone unanswered. It's like a 24/7 service.The patience level of the entire team is just awesome, they get back to you immediately and if need be, walk you through. Software is great and compatible, the upkeep of the system is fantastic. Actually am short of words to express my satisfaction for ASI. Keep it up guys :))

We own and operate several franchise properties and several independent properties. We recently purchased a new motel in the Bronx, Van Cortlandt Motel, last year in June and we were looking for a PMS system. We researched many different ones and we ended up going with ASI. After more than a year of using the software I can say that we made the right choice. Software is very user friendly, and has almost all the features that we were looking for. There are a lot of built in security features for the software, such as there password feature that are very good. We have never had any issues with

I would NOT recommend Anand Systems ASI Front desk. I researched a bit and selected Anand Systems ASI Frontdesk as I felt it to be feature rich and competitively priced. We had trouble with certain features and had trouble with support. A lot of this had to do with room pricing and configuration and the software was highly inflexible on a global configuration level. We literally had to set certain prices at a daily level for a whole year and were told we had to update this yearly.
