I initially contacted Smith Brothers via email regarding getting an estimate to replace my homes heat pump system for the down stairs and upstairs. Very swiftly I received a call from Duane Smith and visited with him briefly and set up a time to come give me an estimate(same day). Duane came out and was very professional, knowledgeable and provided us with multiple options for replacing these systems. Duane was very informative about our questions about different products and their efficiency. Once we selected what we wanted to have installed the Smith Brothers crew came out within 24 hours to

I had ran into a conundrum of issues when people from another HVAC company came and cause a fracture in my system. I called Smith Brothers and gave them the situation. They were out the same day with a better rate than what any others had and were gracious, professional, and quite courteous. If at all possible I plan on sticking with these guys for a very long time!
