Use Keratin Complex sodium-chloride free shampoo and conditioner after the 72 hour waiting period and as a daily shampoo and conditioner. After the 72 hour waiting period, if a leave in conditioner is not available, wet your hair with fresh water. After exiting the pool or ocean remember to rinse thoroughly with fresh water as soon as possible.
