Pick-Up Locations and Instructions

Please give us a call 1-808-352-4670 once you arrive at the airport so that we can send our car to wait for you at the pick-up location. Our driver will wait at the Permitee Area. It is the marked green curve on the second median lane EXCEPT Hawaiian and United Airlines, the Permitee area will be on the side of the terminal building.

We will take your reservation 24 hours a day. Transportation is provided between 6am - 11pm HST. Please make reservations at least 1-2 days in advance and provide the following information so we are prepared for your pick-up.
