When bringing a computer in to our shop for repair, you should bring the power adapter if you have a notebook or if your computer uses a non-standard power cord. If there is a possibility that software will need to be reloaded, we recommend you bring your software discs to ensure we have the correct software to reload on your computer.

Backblaze automatically backs up all your files with the exception of the operating system, program files and a few other file types. This can be changed in the software settings.
