Very impressive job! We have a lot of foot traffic and a dog friendly office. Our carpets were in pretty rough shape. I didn't have high hopes on the carpet not being ruined, but was extremely impressed on how clean the carpets are; just like new. Friendly, fast service, and best prices in town.

Excellent service on our family cottage in Traverse City! It can be difficult to coordinator service when you live out of state. Not with this company. We scheduled the appointment, gave them the door code all by email. When the service was complete I got an invoice via email and was able to pay with my credit card. Simple!! Thank you! We will have them open and close our cottage from now on..,
