We are a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility. The goal here is to provide you with the best possible care and have you ready to return to the life you had before we had the pleasure of meeting you. Our Licensed specialty trained team are always here to provide you with all your needs. Aerius offers the best possible care and that includes making sure your return home is a smooth transition.

Once at home, our team will stay with you to make sure you have a successful transition. We have everything you need to ensure your return home is successful. My mom was admitted to Aerius for Rehab. I was so nervous about putting her in a facility but when I started working with everyone at Aerius my fears were gone.

Our Team will discuss any equipment you may need in the home as well as services such as: Physical, Occupational Therapy and Nursing. This will ensure a smooth transition. Our Therapy Department will make sure you are ready to go home by offering an in-home evaluation. They will assess your home and make suggestions to make the environment safe for your return.

They are family. I worked with everyone here for many years and retired May of 2020. The caring I saw while my years for the residents was always the best. I can say this because my mother was also a patient and she adored everyone, they became her family also. Amazing staff, I love working at Aerius.
