WOW! Thank you Pedro and Amy at Computer World! I am so thankful I did not waste the time and money to ship my laptop back to ASUS for repair before asking you guys! I had made the mistake of attempting to replace the battery on a high end ASUS laptop used for video editing. I tried following a YouTube video through the disassembly and reassembly process, but by the time I put the whole thing back together (a very complicated procedure), the new battery was not charging and there was a static coming from the speakers, but no sound. I was so disappointed after spending several hours on it. I didnt
