I was able to learn how to complete an Encapsulation on my home from the DIY videos. I used this training to order the materials needed. The materials were of high quality and very easy to install, the work area wasnt too tight. I had to change some products I ordered without any problems and was able to return unused material. Samantha was extremely helpful and supportive directing me in my project, which when completed looks great! I will recommend anyone that would want to do this to use Crawl Space Depot. If I can do it, you can too!

Starting with the obligatory - "I never write reviews" - I just had to post this review straight away! I recently purchased a MegaDry dehumidifier from Crawlspace Depot and upon installation it wasn't working at all - the fan wouldn't run. On internal inspection, I found that the fan assembly was completely damaged and pushed into the cooling/coil assembly. I called the folks at Crawlspace Depot - and just couldn't ask for a better experience!! I spoke with Samantha, who was wonderful, and passed my issue up to the manager. Been doing business with theses folks for 4 years now and they are great to work with. Heather always takes excellent care of us. Also when they brought the Monster Dry on their market , we started using these dehumidifiers and have had very reliable service. We did have one go out on us this week that was 5 months on the job. Called manufacture , they said they would ship another one to me and send a return label. That's service.
