ServePro came to our rescue on Christmas Eve when our basement toilet flooded everything! Justin responded to my call immediately and had a team at our house within an hour. Mike, Levi and Allen worked non-stop until 2am on Christmas Day to get everything dried, recovered and damage mitigated to their best abilities. The staff were fast (considering this started early Saturday evening) and very efficient. They explained what the goals were and how they were going to go about dewatering the basement after a bathroom leak. They were a courteous and professional as you could possibly hope for. The experience of the water was NOT fun but they helped get things started on the right path.
