Tri-Star's philosophy is that gymnastics can be fun for everyone! We believe that it is not just the learning of skills that is important, but also the process of learning. We help them learn patience, courage, and self-discipline, as well as how to recognize and build on their personal strengths.
Children should come out of our gym with a sense of satisfaction that they are challenged to do fun new things, that they are improving skills; and that they are individuals who are accepted and cared about. We are friends. We are family. Tri-Star Gymnastics offers age-appropriate classes for pre-schoolers and kindergarteners as well was skill-based classes for students in grade school and up.

School Year Classes
Report
Parent-Tot class introduces our very youngest gymnasts to gymnastics apparatus and movement patterns for the first time with the supervision of their favorite adult. Classes are conducted by a senior instructor to help parents and caregivers provide safe, effective instruction. Tiny Tots is intended for toddlers, many of whom may never have taken formal classes at an organized program.
K & Pre-k Rec Classes
Report
Classes are designed to challenge students throughout the school year with the expectation that a child will stay in the same class throughout the fall, winter, and spring with an opportunity to show off what they have learned at our annual Gym Show in May. Students often use the summer as a time to try a new level or pick up extra classes or join a camp in order to move ahead before the upcoming school year.
Competitive Teams
Report
The school-year schedule runs from late-August through early-June with a modified summer schedule from June through August (see Summer Camps). Team member's commit to the full year's schedule, including participating in our annual gym show the 3rd Saturday in May and a variety of fundraisers throughout the year.
Girlsā Usag Team
Report
At Tri-Star, we believe that a gymnastics team should be more like a family and that we are teaching our USAG gymnasts much more than physical conditioning and skills. They are learning strength of character, hard work, dedication, sportsmanship, and teamwork that will serve them throughout their lives.
