We have been going to Ricks for a little over a year and never had a problem. Two weeks ago I went to pick up a RX that the doctor ordered to be a liquid. I get there Rick gives me the wrong RX. When I told him, he got very rude with me and asked: WHY DO YOU NEED A LIQUID?! Well, 1st thats none of your concern! He was hateful and said he would order it. Fast forward to yesterday, go to pick up a sublingual. He immediately looks at his staff and starts laughing about it. Asks if my child is on a feeding tube and why cant she take pills! How dare you make fun of a child! We have happily
