Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our advanced metal fabrication capabilities include three fiber lasers with 12kW cutting power, press brakes handling up to 13' long parts, and dual-head saw systems. We process steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper materials with thickness capacities up to 1" for steel and 0.375" for copper. The 5x10 sheet size capacity and robotic forming systems enable efficient production of complex components while maintaining tight tolerances.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining division features vertical machining centers for light and heavy milling operations with table sizes ranging from 19x14 to 40x20. Turning centers with live tooling and sub-spindles handle parts up to 16" diameter and 48" length. Swiss turning centers provide precision components up to 1.25" diameter, supported by bar feeders accommodating 4" diameter stock for continuous production runs.
Precision Welding
Certified welders perform MIG and TIG welding on all steel grades and aluminum alloys. Dual-table robotic welders ensure consistency across production runs, complemented by 75kVA spot welding capabilities. Our team handles complex weldments with precision, maintaining strict quality controls through AWS-certified processes and weld procedure specifications for critical applications.
Powder Coat Finishing
The powder coating system features automated lines with 3x5x12 capacity and 5-stage wash processes. Batch systems provide flexible finishing options for specialized requirements. This durable, eco-friendly coating method produces consistent, high-quality finishes that meet or exceed industry standards for thickness, adhesion, and corrosion resistance in industrial environments.
Assembly & Installation
Our assembly services include automated nutsert installation, riveting systems, and electronic assembly capabilities with HiPot testing. From component-level assembly to complete system integration, we provide kitting, packaging, and on-site installation support. Quality checks at each stage ensure final assemblies meet all functional and specification requirements before shipment.

Very bad organization people come and go out like gas station product is run not on time and pay rate is not good no pay holidays for 1st 3 month probation period ,no weld and grinding extractors in welder place areas and people use music in work place with swear words in second shift.
