OUTRAGED at the level of client service I just received! Set an appointment 6 months ago for an $850 laser treatment for tomorrow Saturday 9/19. Didn't hear from anyone so decided to confirm the appointment myself. I was told that they no longer do Saturday appointments or laser treatments because of Covid YET NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL OR TELL ME!!!! The very unsympathetic receptionist was just like "I don't know why no one called you." REALLY??? and then I was refused the office manager being told "she will call you back when she has time. WELL I GUESS SHE DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO SAVE A CLIENT WHO
