Sarah always changed the appointment time last minute. Then after my last full session, she told me to come in for touch ups, no charge. After waiting months to fade, I keep calling/ texting/ emails and no answer for weeks! There are still visible letters in this tattoo after 5 sessions. Now Im left with a half done job! She took over $1K then threw me to the side. Horrible customer service. Does not care about clients

Highly highly recommend FadeAway INK! After years of looking for the right laser tattoo removal specialist, I finally found the one! Sarah is great, so informative, very down to earth & makes the whole experience as comfortable as possible. Not to mention her office is located within a dermatology practice, cant get any better than that! Sarah truly cares & made sure that she set me up with the proper before and after care/information. If you are looking for a Tattoo Removal Place Fade Away Inc is the place. Sara is a sweetheart very friendly and knowledgeable i had my first session with her and she made the process very easy, she explained everything in detail and took her time with me since i was very scarred of the process. The entire experience that i had with Sara was wonderful and incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get rid of there Tattoo.
