Report
First our crews will strip topsoil off the new site and pile it out of the way, stakes will then be set on all the corners of the basement. After that the basement and the footers will be dug out using an excavator with a man running a laser stick to keep all the grades nice and level.
The dirt coming out of basement will either be loaded onto trucks and hauled off site or if the dirt is needed to raise the elevations around the house a dozer will be used to push away the dirt.The masonary walls will be laid up and then we will backfill these walls with "gravel" (Very important!)
