A family from Norwegian ancestry, in Norway Vin Hesten roughly translates to "Wine and Horses". This is very appropriate since we want to offer you a chance to enjoy both. Our horses come from Whispering Meadows Ranch which is one of the countries most productive Thoroughbred Aftercare and horse rescues.
All of our horses are rescued horses that were taken in and given a second chance at life. If you like our program and are interested in helping our cause, we offer many ways from volunteering at our ranch to donating your unwanted items or feed for our horses.

No alcohol consumption is allowed during your ride, riders that are believed to be under the influence of alcohol may be asked to leave without a refund. You must obey your trail guide. For your safety and the safety of others and our horses you must obey all orders from your guide. Failing to do so could cause your ride to end early without a refund.
