I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism in my life since tonight! 1/9/22 @3:30 am to be exact. The nurse with the glasses is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL TAKE THE EXTRA 30 miles to go to Kootenai. I am very disappointed that this is our hospital.

I scheduled to covid test yesterday, and called and confirmed that they had received my order from my primary care physician this morning. In that phone call the hospital confirmed that they had received the order from my doctor and that I was on track for a covid test. I arrive and the hospital says that they do not have the order and therefore cannot test me. This is after 20 minutes waiting past my appointment. The lab technician was kind enough to swab me and told me to get the order resent. I immediately go home after my nose swab, call the hospital one more time to verify that I had the correct

They do not treat you for pain. I have a kidney disease that causes me to pass kidney stones frequently. Most of the time my family doctor will prescribe a pain med, anti nausea med, and another med that helps open everything up so the stone can pass more easily. If I have these 3 meds I can usually pass the stone at home within a few days. This time was different. I was in so much pain that I was throwing up over and over and couldnt keep my anti nausea medication down. After about 12 hours of this I finally went to Shoshone medical center for fluids, ant nausea meds, and something for the

5/8/21 -Evening staff, Doctor and nurses were awesome. I was kept informed of everything they were doing and why, and they quickly found the necessary ICU bed and arranged for Life Flight. Thank you.

Tim here,, the shoshne medical center has the best staff of Dr's and Nurses i have been rushed for trauma from a fall, my wife has been here a few times and the staff were very caring. I recommend this hospital as one of the best.... Especially the night staff.
