Our newest building has 38 apartments. Several of the one-bedroom apartments are wheelchair-accessible, and an elevator provides easy access to any floor in this building. Life at Devonshire Park offers all the comforts of home.

This building includes: An activity room, Social Room, Computer Room with WiFi, Fitness Center, Indoor Pool and plenty of scheduled fun activities including dinners, speakers, bingo, water aerobics, yoga, movies and so much more.All activities are free.
