We inspect the home you're buying or selling, investing in, or renting from top to bottom. We Inspect each unit of multi-family properties and pricing is based on the number of units, number of mechanical systems, and total square footage of the property. During a typical inspection, we take between 250-500 pictures of every property we inspect.

Radon is a colorless, odorless, naturally occurring radioactive gas released in rock, soil and water that can build up to dangerous levels inside any home, old or new, in homes with or without a basement. It creeps in through soil, wood, concrete, cracks, and any gaps in your home. In Michigan, 1 in 4 homes have high levels of radon.
