My entire review is on google reviews, but simply put, this place is nowhere near being worth the price. Live somewhere else that will give you a better value for your money. “Luxury” living shouldn’t include bugs, fleas, outdated appliances, an A/C that smells like mildew, and walls thinner than a Motel 6.

Priscilla and staff have been so helpful in finalizing an apartment for my family. We are moving from Michigan as homeowners to a new chapter in our endeavors, so it’s exciting to have chosen a complex with beautiful amenities, superb staff, and safety. My husband and I moved here back in 2017 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone, from our very first next door neighbor to the maintenance crew and office staff, has been so kind, helpful, and understanding! We have two little ones now, and they enjoy seeing everyone as we move around the complex. Victoria Parks does a great job keeping… everything clean and inviting, and I feel safe taking my littles out to enjoy the various amenities. I highly recommend Victoria Parks for young families just getting started. If you choose to take a chance on them, you will quickly feel "at home" and

My first three months of living at Victoria Park have been nothing short of magical (even with a pandemic). The staff is super friendly, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and rent is quite affordable for the accommodations! I absolutely love the pool and look forward to many more months!
