Questions
What is an escape room experience?
Our escape rooms are 60-minute immersive adventures where teams solve puzzles to complete mission objectives. Participants interact with physical environments and digital elements to progress through themed scenarios.
Are escape rooms physically demanding?
Our experiences require mental engagement rather than physical exertion. While some light movement is needed, challenges focus on problem-solving and teamwork rather than physical challenges.
What group sizes work best?
Rooms accommodate 4-10 participants. Smaller groups create more challenging experiences while larger groups allow diverse skill sets to contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Are reservations required?
We recommend booking sessions in advance through our online reservation system. Walk-in availability depends on current bookings and room scheduling.
Can we book private events?
We offer exclusive room bookings for corporate events and special occasions. Contact our team for customized packages and dedicated session times.
What happens if we can't escape?
Our game masters monitor progress and provide hints when needed. While escaping is the goal, most groups complete 70-90% of challenges within the time limit.

We played Cell Block X. This is a pretty good facility with one big problem: half of that game is copied directly from The Escape Game's "Prison Break". If you're a local, and not widely-played, that may not matter, but the TEG Prison Break is one of the most played games in the country, so there's a good chance a traveler could be unpleasantly surprised. We were.

I love escape rooms! im not from mcallen, but i had to try this place out. the game room host was awesome, experince however was ruined considering that over 50% of my room was broken. Not sure if i didnt make it out because of that or because i havent done a room in a while!... i would come back for a different room (we did the moscow room). i feel like i wasted my money on this room. hopefully wont be like that next time. ):

This was such a fun experience. Great for the whole family. We laughed, got a tiny scare and it was great to be able to work as a team and a family. This was our first experience and we are already wanting to go again. I would highly recommend, you will thoroughly enjoy the staff, the rooms, and the whole experience.

It was my family's first time playing an escape room, and the game masters accommodated for us very well. We played Mission Moscow, and although we didn't escape, it was still the best experience we've ever had. It was incredibly fun and we will definitely come again!
