Was getting ready to move downtown San Diego and was struggling find a place/getting in touch with places. Luckily I stumbled upon the Downtown Condo Guys and was put in contact with my saving grace Jamie. He made our experience fun, easy, and exciting. Im originally from Denver Colorado and coming to San Diego has been a pretty big change for me. Jaime really made our first moving experience memorable for my boyfriend and I. Not only did we find our ideal home but we had such a good time actually walking around downtown and learning things about the city that we wouldnt have known otherwise. There is no better agent for DTSD than Jamie. He completely devoted his time to me and my wife, as both of us were clueless about SD. He gave us a walking tour of DTSD while we looked at the various units, all the while answering my OCD detailed questions. His knowledge is insider- level. We have dealt with a variety of realtors and Jamie was by far the best. He knows downtown San Diego inside and out, and was able to furnish us with important, but not immediately observable, information about the pros and cons of buildings and areas.
