Chi graduated from North Carolina State University at Raleigh with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Chi earned his Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Chi worked as a certified paralegal in Charlotte, NC handling workers' compensation and personal injury matters.
